At Engraving, Awards & Gifts, we strive for perfection in every custom piece; however, due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are typically limited to defects in workmanship or shipping damage. Please review your order carefully before submission, as custom engravings cannot be returned for customer-driven errors.
Contact Support
Notify our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to report any defects or damage.
Provide Documentation
Email clear photographs of the product and the specific engraving issue or shipping damage to our verification team.
Receive Authorization
Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Replacement or Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will either rush a corrected replacement to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
